Men/Fathers' HelpLine
The Men/Fathers' HelpLine offers assistance nationwide to men and fathers involved in family crisis. The primary service area for the MFRC itself is Central and South Texas. Though actual services are difficult to provide beyond that area, referral assistance is offered statewide via the HelpLine. The impact of the HelpLine does not stop there,however. Every week, callers from at least 15 states will ask for assistance. They call seeking referrals for attorneys in their areas, family counseling, and assistance in locating children.
Calls are answered Monday through Friday during business hours. At other times, voice mail ensures that every caller receives assistance.
