Remember:  The Family Law Legal Assistance Program (LFI) gives people the opportunity to either represent themselves in court with a whole team of lawyers and staff, to walk them through their problems, and or they may hire an attorney as well to fully represent them.

Legal Forms

• By appointment only
• Cost is $12 per page
• $25 - $50 deposit required to initiate form preparation
• One of our Attorney's must  recommend and review all paralegal work
• All charges are payable immediately

Referrals

Attorneys in your area: 

• Representation by an attorney is always recommended if possible but not required.
• We have many attorneys who work with our network who are accountable to the LFI program whom you may choose to hire. 
• We also help refer people to parents and fathers groups nationwide.
